10 Travel Essentials

Because I’ve been on the go this month, here are the top essentials that keep traveling simple for me.

I do a fair of amount of traveling in my career. Because of this, efficiency is way more critical than a personal trip. It has taught me a great balance in learning how to pack with intention.

Here’s HOW:

+ 1.Packing Bins and Compartments

Make traveling simple with using bins AND bag INSERTS to orgANIZE YOUR BAG. I LOVE USING INSERTS IN A TOTE OR BACKPACK TOO. This Helps keep all items organized without searching through a massive bag. THINGS LIKE SUNGLASSES, JEWELRY, BATHROOM ESSENTIALS, ELECTRONICS, ETC

+ 2.One Main Coat

I think this is true even in warm weather! Always bring one main jacket or coat to go with all your outfits. I typically wear this on the plane to keep space in my bag too

+ 3.Reusable Water bottle

A must. You never know if the world is going to end so might as well always have a water bottle on you!

+ 4.Comfy Sneaker

Because, duh. If you’re going to be traveling you need a good sneaker to get through the airport and walk long distances. My favorites are Ecco and APLs.

+ 5.Swiss Army Pocket Tool

This is my lifeline and in my purse at all times. There’s so many reasons to have a swiss army Tool lol…

+ 6.PLan your outfits

Picking out what you’re going to wear vs grabbing an array of items from your closet is absolute game changer. Sharing more about outfit planning in another blog soon.

+ 7.A Robe, Sleeping Mask and Jade Roller

I love bringing a silk robe from home. AMp up your own experience. A sleeping mask is an absolute must including jade roller for total relaxation. I typically bring these with me on the plane to use in the air.

+ 8.Sanitizing Wipes and Tide Pen

Always be prepared for an accidental wine spill at dinner.

+ 9.Headphones and portable chargers

Because Airpods aren’t compatible with inflight movies I always keep a pair with my electronics bag. And a portable charger is clutch for so many obvious reasons.

+ 10.Lip Balm and Moisturizer

Two items always in my purse when traveling. Summer fridays jet lag mask is the ultimate hydration for me. I love that they have a travel size too.
